THE CHALLENGE
MacForce had been Portland's go-to Apple Authorized Service Provider for years — but their visual identity wasn't keeping pace with their reputation. They needed a full brand refresh that felt energetic and distinctly theirs, without abandoning the trust they'd spent years building. The direction was clear: atomic mid-century modern.
THE SOLUTION
The new identity centers on a retro-futurist rocket mark paired with a bold italic wordmark, a vibrant teal-and-orange palette, and a tech-themed iconography system. A redesigned Squarespace website, services postcard, and "Rocket Squad" sub-brand extended the identity across every touchpoint — from storefront windows to merch customers actually wanted to take home.
THE OUTCOME
MacForce went from dated to distinctive. The new brand gave them the visual authority to match their technical credibility, and the storefront redesign turned their NE Broadway location into an unmissable presence on the street. Every touchpoint now tells the same story: fast, expert, and confidently Portland.
